How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?

• All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment date.
• All fabric must be returned in its original shipping condition without alteration, washing or cutting.
• Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless it was our mistake.
• A copy of your original order or receipt must be included in the return package.
